I would not even consider buying this if you can't lift your own weight i.e pull-ups or push ups because you won't be able to us this machine effectively. This is for toning not weight loss lol

After reading other reviews about putting this together. I was prepared for it to be difficult. However, it’s stupid simple to put together. After taking all the parts out of the box and once I started putting it together it only took about 20 mins.

Tried ordering this same brand from TikTok 1st attempt was confirmed then cancelled right as they were about to ship. 2nd attempt I was told the seller had to of placed the labels for 2 separate products on the wrong packages, tried to dispute through the courier service & got nowhere. Finally decided to just order through Amazon, no issues with this platform on the order. Was 1/2 the cost through TikTok, but after 2 failed attempts and wanting to build a small home gym at a fairly moderate cost I was satisfied with the pricing here. Directions were not helpful as the diagrams are small & not depicted well, none of the pieces in the assembly instructions were numbered; including the hardware. Found an assembly video online & was able to get it done fairly quickly. It’s a decent piece of workout equipment if you’re “ballin’ on a budget”. It has a decent resistance-despite some reviews. Ab & oblique muscles definitely felt sore after the first few days. Downside, I wish the rep count reset after it turns off. Otherwise, overall for price & how compact it is I enjoy it and satisfied with the purchase
